As an affiliate member, you can take advantage of ResourceCenter technology with no associated up front costs. Development/production

fees are due only when a publisher initiates the building of an advertiser's ResourceCenter.

  Partner Membership  

An annual license fee provides a publisher with unlimited access to the Content Management system. Publishers can develop/produce as many ResourceCenters within the contract year as they can sell.

With both membership levels, Affiliates and Partners are responsible for a ResourceCenter launchpoints fee, payable on a monthly basis.
